the hotel staff very good and helpful especially dani at the reception. location excellent and a great sea view with a pool located by the sea. the hotel is very near to the most tourist places and to the casino du liban and to shopping centers. they upgrade me to a suite for free.
elevator old, lights is weak in the room and they should improve the breakfast.

staff pleasant, lobby very dirty and old could do with major renovation, should supply in every room with some drinkable water. food could improve, no choice for outside foreigners. as i said staff good, they could make an effort to speak a second language, English it is most for a 4 star hotel as they claim

Location, location & Location
A lot of things. This hotel can't be rated as 4 stars hotel. Rooms are so old. Furniture non comfortable. Bathroom very old. Shower water comes brown. Elevators so old. Corridors so dirty. Even though that they were kind to upgrade me to a suite, I still consider paying high cost for such quality service.
